ri werkstattservice is a workshop service provider that mediates spare-parts orders between about 850 workshops and 50 suppliers. They needed a modern web presence and a backend that could handle high-volume communication and mediation tasks—accepting and forwarding requests, processing orders/reorders and complaints, acting as the contact point for issues, and providing actionable statistics to garages and suppliers.

Travix Media implemented a Pimcore-based solution (CDP, DAM, DXP, PIM) with a customized backend and customer center: alert messages and one‑click editing for new orders/complaints, immediate email dispatch to suppliers, repeat-order triggers, user-defined input masks and search fields, plus dashboards for orders, complaints and workshop statistics. The result is a streamlined workflow and faster, clearer communication and reporting for workshops and suppliers, with the platform ready to add e‑commerce vehicle-leasing capabilities.
