Facing a complex, multi-country business with multiple ERPs and external systems, the company needed a more flexible website and improved user experience while preserving its playful brand look.
Using Pimcore, SONNENTOR launched a multi‑client framework and tailored CMS that unified product threads, connected multiple ERPs, automated product–recipe relationships and integrated voucher systems. The relaunch simplified maintenance and boosted the online shopping experience with configurators, an ingredient calculator and recommendation logic, delivering +85% conversion, +17% online sales and +4% average order value while creating a foundation for automation, multichannel marketing and personalization.
