Single source database for petware wholesaler

Vadigran is a Europe-wide B2B petware wholesaler (≈5,000 SKUs, selling in six languages) that relied on an aging website, bespoke ERP and manual Excel processes to support product data, catalogs and large retail customers. The company faced stronger competitors with better sales materials, needed advanced search and filtering, and had to join GS1 data pools — requirements its existing catalog software and ERP could not meet.

Tetrasoft implemented Pimcore as a single PIM/DAM source, integrated with its Leaflet publishing tool and the new webshop to automate multi-language catalog generation, asset handling, real-time web services and eventual GS1 exchange. The result: one master database powering website, marketplaces and monthly 850‑page catalogs (produced in days by one person), up‑to‑date sales materials, GS1 readiness and improved competitiveness without adding headcount.
