Van Iperen, a global specialty fertilizer producer serving 90+ countries, struggled with a fragmented, manual product-document process: product leaflets and technical sheets were assembled in InDesign from mixed Excel/Word/Outlook sources, creating versioning errors and slow product renewals, translations and multi‑brand launches, while a new website and a calculation module also needed reliable data feeds.
