MINDLINE GmbH is a Hamburg-based market research and consulting institute of about 100 employees and €15M+ turnover, operating across FMCG, retail, services and other sectors. Facing the need for a systematic, easy-to-use method to statistically analyze online surveys, MINDLINE partnered with SYLPHEN to develop a flexible solution that would capture realistic shopping behavior for reliable data collection.

SYLPHEN implemented a Pimcore-based solution (DXP/CMS, PIM/MDM, DAM) that creates multilingual, configurable virtual online shops; survey participants browse and add products to a notepad/cart but no real orders are placed—selected items are returned to the survey for analysis. The approach yields click and exposure metrics, lets MINDLINE staff spin up new surveys quickly, and delivers more authentic feedback while reducing evaluation time and improving data quality.
