Significant Process Optimizations for Markus Hans Group

Markus Hans Group is a Swiss wholesaler made up of four companies (Berndorf Luzern AG, Victor Meyer AG, KREAVITA home design AG and Hupfer Schweiz AG) selling tableware, cutlery, household and catering products. Each company managed separate product information and media across online and print channels, making marketing coordination slow and manual; the group wanted to digitize workflows, automate production steps and shorten time-to-market.

Brunner Medien implemented a Pimcore-based solution (DXP/CMS, PIM/MDM, DAM), centralizing all media in a DAM and importing ERP product data into PIM for enrichment with marketing text, translations, variants and supplier images, while enabling automated catalogue production. The new corporate and Berndorf Luzern websites were relaunched, marketing effort and production time were significantly reduced, and the platform can now scale to B2B webshops with an externally accessible image database for retailers.
