Rätt bildelar i Sverige AB (Rbd) is a Swedish supplier of automotive spare parts serving workshops nationwide with about 35,000 products. Facing a rebrand and the need to boost online sales and customer service, Rbd needed a multilingual, integrated solution to manage vast product information, reduce manual handling and minimize wrong orders by linking product data to external registries like TecDoc and the Swedish car registry.

Rbd implemented Pimcore (PIM/MDM and DAM) integrated with TecDoc, Bisnode and their ERP, and connected the system to a Magento web store. The result is structured, centralized product data that speeds internal processes, cuts manual work, ensures accurate, up‑to‑date information for customers and supports improved online sales and service.
