Raiffeisen Warenbetriebe Salzburg eGen (Raiffeisen Lagerhaus) is a leading regional supplier in household, gardening, agriculture, construction and energy with 38 locations across Salzburg. Faced with fragmented product data, the need to scale its webshop to roughly 12,000 SKUs, enable supplier-driven data maintenance, and deliver consistent multi-channel content (brochures, POS signage, ecommerce and a B2B portal), the company required a single, flexible platform to centralize product information and digital assets.

Working with Elements, Raiffeisen implemented Pimcore (PIM/MDM, DAM, DXP/CMS and Digital Commerce) to centralize 6,000 products (with supplier portals to expand toward 12,000), automate brochure templates, and reuse assets for digital signage. The solution enabled click & collect and delivery options, an online house configurator with quotations, one-click services and recurring fuel orders — delivering single-source multi-channel data management, faster content production, an expanded online assortment and improved customer service at dealer locations.
