Specialized, the premium bicycle brand known worldwide and crafting its own water bottles since 1976, needed a modern global e‑commerce presence to sell accessories and manage product information and assets consistently across markets. To build a scalable, brand‑forward online shop for its accessory range, Specialized partnered with Level Nine AB and selected Pimcore as the platform.
Using Pimcore’s DXP/CMS together with PIM/MDM and DAM, the team delivered a centralized, flexible e‑commerce solution that consolidates product data and digital assets and supports a unified customer experience. The implementation enabled Specialized to launch a global online shop for accessories, streamline product management, and better showcase its handcrafted bottle heritage.
