Pimcore With Multiple Shopify's Instances

Silvian Heach, an international fashion brand, needed to synchronize product information across multiple Shopify storefronts with different languages and prices while avoiding manual work. They also required Shopify orders to be integrated and managed in a single system, plus logistics integration for stock availability, tracking numbers and a customer returns/refund flow.

Sintra Consulting implemented Pimcore to centralize product data and localization using dedicated classes, field collections and localized fields, while synchronizing objects to each Shopify instance and handling orders via webhooks. The result: two stores are now live and independently handle orders and returns through Pimcore, and additional stores can be configured and synchronized with minimal effort.
