Pimcore Website With Apartment Finder and Service App

Kommunale Wohnungsgesellschaft Oberes Eichsfeld mbH (Kowo), a municipal housing provider, needed to modernize its outdated website and reduce time‑consuming, bureaucratic office work. The goal was an intelligent apartment finder and service that would let prospective tenants search easily online instead of relying on calls or in‑person visits.

Studio1 rebuilt Kowo’s site on Pimcore DXP/CMS and launched a tenant portal as a progressive web app (PWA). The solution provides a smarter apartment finder with filters for price, location and room count plus a comprehensive online information service—shifting much administrative work into the app, speeding inquiries, and delivering tailored search results and a far better user experience.
