Pimcore Salesforce Integration for 360-View of Customer Data

Revolve Softech, a registered Salesforce partner delivering multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, faced a data redundancy challenge: the client was using Pimcore as their MDM and Salesforce Service Cloud for case management, forcing them to maintain product and order data in both systems. The project aimed to build a dynamically configurable connector that could map Pimcore objects to Salesforce, support bi-directional real-time syncing of customer and account data, and display orders and products on demand in Salesforce.

Syncrasy Technologies integrated Pimcore MDM with Salesforce Service Cloud so that when a case is created and a contact selected, related orders and product details are pulled from Pimcore and displayed in the service console while remaining stored in Pimcore. This eliminated duplicate data storage, gave support agents a 360-degree view of customers, and reduced operational costs associated with managing the same data across systems.
