Sanitätshaus Seeger hilft GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed medical supply company with more than 60 stores in Berlin and Brandenburg and a full-service online shop for rehabilitation and medical technology products. They faced high manual maintenance effort—duplicate content updates, time-dependent items like appointment listings, and image preparation/allocation all needed more reliable automation and central control.

Seeger implemented Pimcore PIM and DAM, with twocream handling conception, development and implementation and BOGUN DUNKELAU providing UX and design. Custom data models in Pimcore now structure product content, events and a glossary, enabling automated exports to the website, substantially reducing maintenance time and errors; Pimcore has become the company’s central information base in the system architecture.
