The project required a complete redesign of graphics and technology to handle the complexity of a traveling event circuit and to provide a relationship platform that supports registrations, event availability and networking among diverse digital and physical stakeholders.

Esse Solutions implemented Pimcore as a single hub—using its CMS, PIM and DAM—to manage institutional content, stage-specific mini‑sites, registrations and media assets. The result is faster, more intuitive content updates, improved user engagement and content consumption, and complete control over workshops and event participant management; visitors can be organized, profiled and segmented for tailored content.
