Vitalsana, a pharmacy service provider and member of the Zur Rose Group, needed a future‑ready product information management (PIM) system to support patients and partners across pharmacies, physicians and health enterprises. The challenge was to digitalize product and master data while ensuring smooth integration with the webshop and backend databases and allowing developers the flexibility to implement custom processes.
