Heatpex, a manufacturer of ventilation, recuperation and installation systems, wanted to simplify system design for engineers and boost B2B lead generation around its new ARIA product line. They engaged Pimcore partner LemonMind to create a modern digital tool that would help customers adopt ARIA and capture qualified sales contacts.
LemonMind built ARIA PLANNER on Pimcore (PIM/MDM, Digital Commerce, DXP/CMS) with a custom headless front end to guide engineers through system selection, automate quantity and price calculations, save and reuse projects, and produce high‑quality, web‑to‑print PDF installation guides. The intuitive assistant reduced the need for deep product knowledge, encouraged account creation, gathered valuable leads and analytics, and increased B2B engagement for Heatpex.
