NextJet, Sweden’s largest regional airline serving 16 domestic and five international destinations, needed a completely new website with highly flexible content management. After using multiple platforms unsatisfied, their priorities were strong version control, inheritance and personalization capabilities, seamless integration of a third‑party booking and refund system, and fast performance to handle about 100k monthly visitors.
With LevelNine AB’s guidance, NextJet implemented Pimcore DXP/CMS to deliver five sites in three languages, a home‑page booking widget, a REST‑based refund form, and content workflows supporting inheritance, personalization and on‑site behavioral targeting. Editors can publish news and real‑time warnings (e.g., airport closures), the platform was deployed with Git, and the result is a modern, fast, personalized site that handles ~100k new visitors/month and improves booking convenience and revenue.
