PMG needed a modern B2B dealer portal because its existing digital ecosystem could no longer handle rising demand. Working with Pimcore, PMG aimed to create an easy-to-use platform for bicycle dealers that met the standards of a modern B2B e-commerce experience.

Pimcore implemented a fully integrated dealer portal using its PIM system, connected to ERP and Shopware, to centralize product and order data. The solution made 1,000 bicycle models and 40,000 parts searchable, gave dealers real-time visibility into inventory, delivery times, payment status, and orders, and streamlined purchasing with fewer clicks. It also enabled direct payments through the portal via Mollie.
