Multi-client platform — efficiently create and manage shared mobility sites

DB Connect, part of Deutsche Bahn’s New Mobility unit, provides shared bike and car services for companies, municipalities and consumers. Managing ten bike‑sharing and five car‑sharing services had become inefficient: each partner site was hosted and maintained separately, templates and styles required manual customization, and content, infrastructure and development efforts couldn’t be shared across clients.

We built a multi‑client white‑label CMS with an atomic design system and a module library so existing sites can be migrated and new partner sites spun up and configured quickly. The result is one centralized, scalable platform that simplifies content, user and product management, enables global design changes, and supports 1.4 million users and 26,000 vehicles under a single system.
