Krombacher Brauerei, Germany’s largest privately owned brewery with over 7 million hectoliters annual output and distribution rights for brands like Schweppes and Dr. Pepper, launched the "Krombacher Digital Platform" to consolidate all product and marketing data across brands. The challenge was to create a single information supply chain—from procurement and production to distribution—that would make accurate, up-to-date data available to employees, partners and consumers across all channels, requiring significant technical, organizational and cultural change.

Using Pimcore’s digital experience platform and a phased approach, Basilicom compiled, cleansed and consolidated Krombacher’s data into central, reusable objects and exposed them to all output channels. The team built a white‑label system with 300+ modules, an online store with community features, partner media libraries and integrations to backend, CRM and logistics systems.
