The Caritas Association of the archdiocese München‑Freising—comprising over 350 facilities and more than 9,000 employees—faced strong competition for staff in social work, care and education. It needed an attractive, mobile‑friendly job and application platform that matched the new facility websites, clearly communicated employer information, supported a smooth user journey, and integrated with SAP SuccessFactors for managing job offers and applications.

DGTLS built the platform in Pimcore, aligning the design with facility sites, adding an Elasticsearch-powered job search with pre‑filtering, and creating a gateway to SuccessFactors so current openings and the application flow are synchronized. The solution includes detailed job pages on facility sites, an easy‑to‑maintain event calendar and polished animations—resulting in stronger employer branding, better candidate information, filterable job listings, and a streamlined application experience that helps Caritas compete for talent.
