ENERGA, a leading Polish energy provider with about 3 million customers and an early adopter of online energy eCommerce, faced a complex customer journey for buying electricity. Product packages and multiple tariff options required many rigid, hard-to-maintain forms; new offerings took months to launch, form errors forced heavy service intervention, conversion was low and cross-sell of high-margin add-ons was under 1%.

Working with Divante, ENERGA rebuilt the purchase path using Pimcore DXP/CMS so forms, snippets and data objects can be edited and new purchase paths added without coding. The redesign improved UX, cut implementation time to two months, and is maintained continuously by the partner. Business results included up to a 50% increase in sales of extended offers, a 28% drop in incorrectly completed forms, faster time-to-market and an Industry 4.0 award.
