Case Study: Asset Tilburg consolidates 6,000+ member records and modernizes its website with Pimcore

A Pimcore Case Study

Preview of the Asset Case Study

Improved Data Management and Renewed Website of a Major European Study Association

Asset Tilburg is one of Europe’s largest student study associations with 6,000+ members across seven departments. Their legacy member-administration tool and fragmented data storage were causing inconsistencies, delays and heavy administrative overhead, and the website no longer met the needs of students and recruiting companies. They needed a multi-site, responsive platform with form-building, advanced object search and better member self-service.

Using Pimcore (PIM, CMS, MDM), NOBEARS implemented a multi-site setup with combined user components, custom objects, a PHP handler for AWS/Elasticsearch search, SAML 2.0 SSO and a custom form-builder plus APIs for imports. The result: all member data consolidated in one secure system, a renewed professional website, easy self-service registration and event sign-up with prefilled profiles, targeted exports/newsletters, and a significant reduction in administrative work — making annual board transfers much simpler.
