Implementation of a PIM system, including a website redesign

Illig, a family-owned leader in thermoforming and mold systems for thermoplastics, needed to modernize its digital presence and better manage complex product information. The challenge was to redesign the corporate website and implement a robust PIM solution to centralize product data, references and communications (newsroom) across the organization.

Working with aufwind Group, Illig’s site and backend were rebuilt on the Pimcore platform using DXP/CMS, PIM/MDM and DAM components. The project delivered a consolidated PIM system, a searchable reference database and an integrated newsroom, centralizing assets and product data, streamlining publishing workflows and improving the online customer experience.
