Steinbach & Vollmann GmbH & Co. KG (STUV) is a family-owned German manufacturer of high-security locking and fitting systems (est. 1883) serving B2B customers worldwide from its Heiligenhaus HQ and subsidiaries in Spain and China. STUV needed a full website relaunch—including a redesigned e-commerce area offering a subset of products—plus a unified home for all product data and a customer-friendly way to transfer and activate existing clients. The project also required a redesigned software architecture able to merge and manage data from multiple sources.
twocream implemented Pimcore PIM and DAM as the central information platform, building a tailored data model and assigning precise product attributes, images, PDFs and brochures. Integrated with the ERP ABAS as the leading system, Pimcore now serves as STUV’s reliable product data hub, enables accurate shop filtering, simplifies updates, and ensures all product information stays current.
