Groupe SAFO, founded in 1963, is a leading food distribution and logistics group in the French West Indies (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyane) operating Carrefour-branded stores and distributing suppliers such as Picard and FNAC. The company faced a challenge onboarding product data from multiple vendors—images, custom codes and other attributes—while also needing local stores to generate product and price stickers and maintain synchronization with their ERPs.

Working with Datasolution, SAFO implemented Pimcore PIM/MDM to provide a dedicated interface for validating and completing vendor data. The system is integrated with SAFO’s ERPs, lets local store owners generate stickers, and streamlined product onboarding and roll-out—improving data quality, accelerating launches, and simplifying in-store operations.
