Granol AG is a family‑owned Swiss manufacturer of plastering materials serving construction companies, architects and retailers. Their legacy CMS was hard to use, delivered poor UX and low traffic, and failed to represent the company’s premium identity. Key goals included improving lead generation, integrating live product and price data from ERP, making technical product data and search more usable, reducing manual work and printing costs, and adopting a modern, multilingual CMS that staff could update without IT.

Granol selected Pimcore (DXP/CMS, PIM, DAM) with implementation by w‑vision. The relaunch delivered a responsive site, an intuitive CMS, ERP integration (XML import + Pimcore “Connect‑Anything”), an interactive sales‑rep map and CoreShop eCommerce functionality. Results included stronger brand presence, significantly higher traffic and SEO visibility, faster pages, increased clicks/conversions and leads, fewer repetitive tasks, and empowered staff who can now easily maintain content.
