Glambou is a curated jewellery retailer with 15 shops across Germany and Switzerland and two online stores, offering products from established brands and small ateliers. As e‑commerce, marketing campaigns and additional sales channels expanded, the company needed a professional system to centralize and standardize product, digital asset and master data across its Shopware/Pickware landscape.

Working with partner Crystalcomp, Glambou implemented Pimcore as PIM, MDM and DAM, connecting products, categories, suppliers and assets to Shopware via API and using Data Hub and Process Manager. The integration centralized data management, cut duplicate data by 45%, reduced product returns by 10%, lowered total cost of ownership by 20% and streamlined maintenance to prevent outdated or incorrect data reaching sales channels.
