7days Marc Staperfeld GmbH, founded in 1999, designs, produces and mails high‑quality workwear across Europe, selling via webshop and printed catalog with production in Morocco. Facing rapid growth, the company needed a future‑proof PIM/DAM that could enforce a clean attribute structure, scale across languages, products, countries and channels without custom coding, and feed catalog production directly into InDesign via EasyCatalog while also supplying the online shop.

Digital agency Blackbit implemented Pimcore as a single data master with a tailored data model, enabling central maintenance and exports to EasyCatalog/InDesign and the existing Magento shop. Custom InDesign templates let 7days produce catalogs independently; centralized product data and automated print output simplified mass updates, delivering measurable productivity gains and establishing Pimcore as the company’s open‑source platform for product data.
