A Pimcore Case Study
SENIX, a new European appliance brand from the Y&T Group, aimed to rapidly roll out online distribution across Europe by combining German-quality positioning with low prices. The challenge was to feed multiple sales channels (website, Amazon, etc.) and serve country-specific sites from simple product data held in SAP Business One, while enriching that data to ensure consistent text and imagery across all touchpoints.
polargold implemented a Pimcore-based DXP (PIM/PCM/DAM) with an API to synchronise SAP data daily into a central repository, auto-generate product pages and PDFs, and manage and scale images in a DAM. Country sites are IP-routed and can display localised content via XLIFF translation workflows; the platform now supports six countries, drastically reduces page-maintenance effort, eliminates manual copying, and enables easy expansion for pan-European distribution.
