Eplehuset, Norway’s largest Apple retailer with 22 stores and a strong online presence, faced an outdated e-commerce platform that limited customer experience, development speed and omnichannel capabilities. The retailer needed tight SAP ERP integration, rich content management, support for complex product configurations and advanced B2B features like individual price books and employee shopping to compete as customers moved online.

Convert built a new Magento 2 storefront with Pimcore as the central PIM, DAM and CMS and real‑time integrations to SAP, enabling complex product data, configurable B2B tools and Pimcore-driven content and storefront presentation. Launched in under a year, the platform delivered a faster development pace, improved responsive shopping across devices, richer content and product-data marketing tools, and a stronger position to grow online sales.
