Harald A. Møller, Norway’s largest car importer and distributor of Volkswagen, Audi, ŠKODA and SEAT, relaunched SEAT Norway in May 2018 with a younger, more modern brand profile. To reach customers who are on average ten years younger than typical new-car buyers, the company wanted to challenge the traditional sales model and create a fully digital customer journey where a new SEAT could be bought in five clicks.

Using Magento for e‑commerce and Pimcore for product information management (with implementation partner CAG), the site lets customers book test drives, reserve cars, apply for loans and complete purchases in just a few clicks, with delivery on many models in as little as six days. The solution also adds owner-focused services (e.g., earning income through carpooling), streamlining sales, strengthening the brand’s digital appeal and making SEAT ownership more attractive.
