Rhenus SE & Co. KG, a global logistics provider with more than 610 sites and 29,000 employees, needed to modernize its Rhenus Management Forum—an internal program of workshops for executive development. The challenge was to create a mobile-friendly app that serves as a digital companion for staff, simplifies registrations, and digitizes all event administration and organization workflows.

anyMOTION built a Pimcore 5–based web management backend implemented as a headless Content-as-a-Service, delivering event data and administrative functions (availability, participant management) to the app. The result is a flexible back office and a feature-parity app that lets employees register via smartphone, view agendas, see participant lists, and contact organizers—streamlining event operations and making the solution reusable for all company events.
