KAISER GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run European manufacturer of electric installation products with a 110+ year history and an online shop on Shopware. Their legacy CMS and PIM could no longer meet growing trade-channel requirements, so they needed a modern, flexible PIM/DAM that could import existing merchandise-management data, support multiple languages, integrate with web and database publishing, and allow manual data completion where needed.

Twocream implemented a Pimcore-based PIM and DAM platform, migrating and harmonizing about 500 core attributes and importing roughly 15,000 data packages. Pimcore now serves as KAISER’s central product-data hub, integrates with their IT landscape and merchandise system, and enables continuous updates so customers always have access to accurate, up-to-date product information.
