MOODAH is a joint Telkom–Telkomsel initiative and the largest telco digital portal in Indonesia, designed to simplify family connectivity by combining home internet and mobile plans into a single package and bill. The portal supports the full customer journey — registration, online SIM purchase, account management, family quota sharing and add-on purchases — addressing the challenge of delivering a unified, easy-to-control billing and service experience for households.

Implemented by SALT on the Pimcore platform (PIM/MDM, DXP/CMS, CDP), the solution centralized customer data, content management and API integrations; an MVP launched in 3 months with enhancements in another 3. The result is seamless customer experiences and new offer capabilities, accurate management of 5,000+ consumer profiles, and an operations team able to update site content in real time.
