Partnering with Pimcore Gold Partner Lightning Jar, BlueLine implemented an integrated Pimcore platform (PIM, DAM, DXP/CMS, eCommerce, and Order Management) tied to its ERP and Salesforce. The solution delivered a self-service portal, mobile apps, real-time delivery tracking and rep dashboards that cut quote turnaround from one hour to five minutes and enabled instant credit approvals.
