Kenmare, an Ireland‑headquartered leader in mineral sands (zircon, rutile and ilmenite) supplying customers across 15+ countries, managing ~20,000 products across three locations, needed a digital way to share and compile product data. Their legacy process exported CSVs from SYSPRO into Excel for distribution to suppliers and field staff and had no efficient Request for Correction workflow, creating manual delays and data inconsistencies.

Credencys implemented a PIM-based solution with a public web portal and an admin panel to manage product attributes, users, roles, DAM and automated Request for Correction approvals, plus data synchronization.
