DUO Display is a manufacturer of modular, durable large-format stands sold through a network of certified resellers across Europe, North Africa, Canada and the U.S. The company needed a customer portal to manage and monitor complex sublimation-print production files and online approvals (BAT), because manual file integration and validation were creating time‑consuming production bottlenecks.

Galilée implemented a Pimcore MDM-based Production Portal integrated with the DALIM TWIST automation engine and SAP (the XPO Center), giving resellers, designers and end customers a collaborative space to upload, visualize and validate “dressed” stands and approve Ready‑to‑Print files. The portal (now on Pimcore 5 with React front‑end and workflows) automated file processing, boosted production throughput and scalability, and supports DUO Display’s operations across 35 countries with 120 employees and about 1,000 projects per month.
