They faced fragmented, manual product data management—websites, ERP, and print catalogs were not integrated, translators worked from Excel, and catalog production was time-consuming—causing errors, inconsistencies, and lost staff time.
DATASOLUTION implemented Pimcore PIM/MDM to centralize product data, provide real-time updates across ERP, CMS and four PrestaShop e‑commerce sites, enable web-to-print for resellers, give translators direct access, and automate InDesign layouts and global exports.
