Configuring the engineering art of DT SWISS with a website

DT Swiss, a 25+-year leader in precision bicycle components, needed a website relaunch that would digitize its engineering excellence while making complex, highly technical product data feel simple and accessible. With more than 12,000 products, multiple markets and languages, the challenge was to present innovations as an intuitive, user-focused experience rather than a dense technical catalog.

Working with eliokapitaine and Pimcore, the team centralized product, document and media management (PIM/MDM and DAM) and built a guided, configurator-style site flow for searching, filtering and selecting products through to dealer handoff. The 1.5-year iterative relaunch standardized and automated product maintenance and made new innovations easy to publish—resulting in a site managing 4,736 documents, 155,344 data objects and 19,275 media assets across six countries and 7+ languages.
