Centrally managed multisite solution with B2B online shop

Strickerchemie GmbH, a specialist chemical distributor and a leading supplier of waterbed care products (16 employees, active in 3 countries with 137 stores), needed to reposition itself from a chemicals distributor into a full-fledged trading company. The challenge was to create a coherent brand and online strategy that opened new business areas and sales channels, including a multi-client capable online store and a retailer portal.

Sherpa developed the new corporate design and Junge Haie implemented a Pimcore e‑commerce solution with Actindo PIM to centralize product data. The retailer portal includes messaging, dashboards, retailer-specific pricing, subscription ordering and automated order transmission to Strickerchemie’s order management; static landing pages and integrations with marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Google Shopping) were added. The result is a B2B-focused web presence that streamlines data maintenance, increases website traffic and provides a scalable foundation for sales expansion.
