LOVI, a leading European baby products brand expanding into over 20 markets, needed a flexible, scalable multisite platform to support cultural and regional product variations and a modern UI/UX. Their legacy custom system couldn’t handle geographic variants or fast rollouts, limiting the brand’s ability to launch localized sites and services for diverse markets.

Working with Divante, LOVI migrated to a Pimcore-based CMS/PIM, building multilingual frontends, integrations, and a continuous integration workflow that enables rapid iteration and global scaling. The new platform cut time to market, reduced duplicate data and data maintenance effort, and delivered an up-to-date user experience while supporting ongoing expansion toward 40 languages and stronger brand presence across markets.
