ri werkstattservice, a service provider for workshops in the automotive sector, needed a better way to coordinate orders for spare parts, leasing vehicles, and contracts between garages and suppliers. Before working with Pimcore, communication was fragmented, workflows were complex, and there was no unified interface for handling orders, returns, complaints, or other requests.

Pimcore was used to build a modern spare parts service platform, including a new website and a reworked backend for workflow, order processing, and communication. The solution added alerts, user-friendly input and search fields, an interface for live statistics, and AI-based document recognition. As a result, ri werkstattservice streamlined daily operations, saved time through automation, and now handles routine tasks more efficiently, with measurable content and data scale including 80 documents, 850,000 media assets, and 46,000 data objects.
