BigMat France empower its network of independent members to create its promotional materials

BigMat France, a European leader in building and renovation materials with roughly 300 points of sale and nearly €1 billion in turnover, faced a decentralised marketing-production challenge: its network of about 100 independent members needed autonomy to create localized promotional materials while keeping product data and brand communication consistent. The goal was to streamline multi-channel production, make tools easy to use across the network, and shorten time-to-market by structuring and distributing unified product information.

Galilée implemented a self-service Brand Portal powered by Pimcore (PIM/MDM and DAM) and CHILI publisher, combining centralized product and asset management with online document editing so members can create, enrich and output print and digital media. Results include rapid adoption (around 100 trained users), nearly 100 media campaigns produced in the first quarter, stronger national brand consistency, reduced creation costs and time, greater user autonomy, and an omnichannel-ready workflow for personalized local marketing.
