Klub Żak, one of Poland’s oldest cultural centers, needed a simpler way to manage more than 1,000 annual events across three websites. Its team had been adding events manually in separate CMS panels, and they also wanted a refreshed UX plus WCAG-accessible functionality for users. Pimcore was chosen to unify content and event management in one place.

Pimcore implemented a new website and moved the other services into its system, using customizable panels, perspectives, and layouts to standardize event creation and sharing across sites. The result was faster content updates, a more intuitive admin experience, and a better user-facing site with current information and improved accessibility. Pimcore also delivered measurable impact, including 50% time saved in data maintenance, plus 40 documents and 400 data objects managed in the system.
