Seal Concept GmbH is a family-run specialist in sealing technology and hydraulic components, producing prototypes, custom parts and series since 1990. The company needed to transfer large volumes of product, price, customer and custom-discount data from an in‑house Microsoft Navision ERP into Pimcore with a daily sync, while keeping performance acceptable.

Using Pimcore (PIM/MDM, Digital Commerce, DXP/CMS) Weblizards implemented a nightly XML file import from Navision and a Pimcore-based shop for registered customers (including support for custom item numbers). The project also automated material data sheets and declarations of conformity generation, and enabled Web2Print output via Easy Catalog to Adobe InDesign—eliminating manual data entry, keeping catalogs and product data always up to date, and significantly reducing manual effort.
