Ludwig Meister is a leading German B2B distributor of bearings, power transmission, fluid power and tooling, serving resellers, maintenance and design engineers via a high-volume webshop. With about 15,000 active articles, over 2.5 million SKUs, 828 clients and 50,000 contact persons generating ~€100M annual turnover, the company needed seamless integration between ERP, eProcurement and the shop plus personalized offers, customer-specific pricing and fast, relevant search across a huge catalog.
