Ventia, a leading Polish distributor in the HVAC industry, needed a modern corporate product-catalog website to manage a portfolio of over 40,000 products across 10+ brands. Their legacy CMS could not handle the complex product structures, frequent updates to price and availability, or the migration of extensive product, marketing, technical data and digital assets; the site also had to serve as a knowledge hub for HVAC specialists.

Working with LemonMind and Pimcore (PIM/MDM, DAM, DXP/CMS), the team automated migration of the full product catalog, built a module for fast data updates, integrated third‑party reporting tools, and validated the front end through user testing.
