"All-In-One" Digital Platform for the New Natixis SmartPOS Payment Solution
Natixis Payments, part of France’s BPCE banking group, launched SmartPOS — a next-generation connected payment terminal combining tablet flexibility with robust POS capabilities. To support merchant adoption, Natixis needed an “all‑in‑one” digital platform (NPStore) to present the terminal and offers, host an App Market for SmartPOS applications, and operate an e‑commerce shop for accessories.
SENZO implemented NPStore on Pimcore, leveraging its CMS, PIM, eCommerce and DAM to deliver a unified platform with a tailored UI/UX, centralized back‑office and API‑driven remote app installation. The solution enabled online app purchase and automatic terminal deployment, full accessory sales and order management, and easy multisite white‑labeling for sister banks — accelerating SmartPOS roll‑out and improving the in‑store experience.
