Camina & Schmid - Customer Case Study

Camina & Schmid needed a way to centralize and standardize complex product data and digital assets across decentralized channels. To solve this, they introduced Pimcore PIM, DAM, and Headless CMS in the Enterprise Edition, along with integrations to SAP and Adobe InDesign via Easycatalog.

Pimcore implemented workflows for product maintenance, correction, and approval, and supported a website relaunch built as a Single Page Application with a custom Vue.js frontend. The headless architecture enabled fast loading times, a mobile-app-like user experience, and independent frontend/backend development, while also giving Camina & Schmid flexibility to expand or swap frontends in the future.
